24 hours to change your mind on the size

Every ONYOU piece can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery - for another size, or another piece of the same value.

To be exchanged, the dress must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition, with any tags attached

To arrange an exchange, message us on Instagram with your order reference (OY-...). We organise the swap with our delivery partner.

Exchanges only - we do not offer cash refunds. Delivery fees for an exchange caused by a change of size are at the customer's charge.
